Order Processing Time
All orders placed on shopwge.com are custom-made to order.

Standard production time: 5–10 business days

Product type (DTF, embroidery, screen print, sublimation)

Artwork approval delays

Supply availability

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are not considered in production until:

Payment is received and
-
Artwork is approved (if applicable)
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using one of the following carriers:

Estimated shipping time:

Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days after shipment

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (shipping speed does not affect production time)
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Westgate Embroidery is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or force majeure events
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because our products are custom-made, the following applies:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
